program design and detail oriented coaching. Great for individuals
looking to improve lifting form and learn basic movement patterns
and training principles.
Semi-private Training Session
Working alongside others with similar goals
fosters a great training environment that can help push you to your
limits. Along with the well experienced coaching and supervision
semi-private training is a great way to train, have fun, and save
money.
Group Classes/Boot Camps
Getting sick of the gym? Group classes and
bootcamps are great ways to stay in shape and increase your strength
and conditioning while getting some fresh air outdoors. Let us know
you are interested. We will let you know where we are already
providing local group classes and bootcamps or we may just start one
near you.
Program Design
Years of experience in the strength &
Conditioning field, both in the classroom and behind the barbell,
have given our coaches a different take on writing workouts. We
understand that not everyone has access to the latest fancy piece of
equipment and we deliver programs that work with you AND for you.
For the individual that might not need intense form coaching, but
needs some guidance on how to structure their workouts.
Strongman Training
Weekends are Strongman Weekends! If you already
have previous training experience and have always wanted to try out
Tire Flipping, Atlas Stones or other strongman events; then this is
your chance. Send us an email to set up a day for you to come out
and train like a strongman while being coached by competitors of the
sport.
Weightlifting Club
Have you always wanted to learn the Snatch and
Clean & Jerk? What about compete in an actual weightlifting
competition? Then come join the ONLY Weightlifting Club in San
Diego. Coaching, program design and all of the equipment needed to
make you a
